Irem works directly with clients across a wide range projects, from full recipe, concept and menu development, to provide supplier set-up, kitchen operations and chef training. She has been working as a development chef at Barboun Restaurant, Shoreditch, London since 2019, August as well as carrying her support for private clients across UK on menu development.
